Good Afternoon Matt. I stumbled across your blog and read several of your posts. They were quite interesting. I have a piece that may be of interest to you. It discusses the difficulty in building infrastructure for Afghan Military which ultimately affects the ability of the Afghan Security officials to be self reliant when coalition forces depart Afghanistan.
